Allowing client to open my InfoPath doc with IE, firefox browser

Hi

I tried changing the XML infoPath form to allow IE to open , but to no avail.
I need to cater my client with or without outlook or infopath to be able to
open my form and submit the data back to my outlook express.
Please help
