alphabetizing contact list

How can I get everything sorted by Last name as opposed to first name? When I
hit to or cc on an email the contact list comes up alphbetized by first name.

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
