also scale pattern images in excel

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel hi insert images that i want to be printed as a pattern, behind content. but i want it to be scaled as the option i select (adjusting all in one page or by percentage).

eg. different sheets. corporate logo. but when i select "fit in 1 page" the logo is scaled. i i want it to be printed always the same size, doesn't matter which the scale i choose.

can you help me please?
i'm desperate!
