Alternating between multiple *.PST files...

Like Ray19 back on 3-12-08, I've got a pst file issue. I recently got a new
computer but still run Outlook Express 6. I've used my new computer for a
couple months and have built up numerous items in its' new *.PST file. Now
I'd like to go back to the old PST file and review some messages and
addresses.

How can I alternate between these two PST files (one on my new computer and
the other is accessible via my home network). I've looked through several
configuration screens and find no place where the PST file location is
spelled out. Oh, yeah... Messing with the registery file scares me!

Thanks... Al

Since Outlook Express does not even use PST files, one must wonder what you
are talking about.

Most new PCs come with Vista loaded and Vista doesn't have Outlook Express.

Open the network-accessible PST on Outlook with File>Open>Outlook Data File.
Keep in mind that you should have a backup copy of the old PST just in case
of a network problem and that you cannot open the same PST in two different
Outlook instances.
