Alternating Row Color on a continous form

Ok,

I am new to Access. Help! I have a gun to my head. Darn, it is cold and
rather hard.

I am attemping to alternate the row colors on a continous form. I found a
posting by Hr. Lebans, but I can't figure out what do do.

To save my parents the loss of their only son, please help.
