In Picture Properties - "Alternative representations"
there is an option for
Long Descriptions. I see that it will link to what I
assume is a notepad style
document. My question is would be is there any advantage
to this for keyword density? I must be missing
something. What is the point to this feature? Can I use
it. The problem is I am trying to limit the physical size
of the home page but they want mostly graphics. I want to
set this page up correctly and not annoy any search
engines!

Thanks
Larry

Larry:
What you enter in that field ends up as the value for the "longdesc"
attribute of the image. This attribute specifies a link to a long
description of the image. This description should supplement the short
description in the "alt" attribute. It's meant to be used for accessibility
purposes, not to seed your site with keywords for search engines.

If I meant to seed the page I wouldn't have come here and
asked the question! I resent the implication.
