I have been using the function on the bottom menu with an
icon of a letter 'A' surrounded by text to create equal-
sized boxes for text. The trouble is that this is a
fairly laborious method for the large number of boxes I
want to print.
I am looking for an alternative in which I can set the
size of the box, the background picture it will have, the
colour of the frame, the number of rows and columns of
these boxes per sheet, the font, size, alignment and
language of text, and to be able to change any of these
automatically if, after typing their contents, I want to
alter anything.
The finished product is a series of boxes of uniform size
with half containing sentences and the other half
containing missing words (in larger text and centred) for
use in language teaching.
What alternatives do I have to using text boxes and how
would I go about using them?
