Hi all:
My English is pool , just hope you be more patient to read

Basic configuration:
MSProject Pro 2003 / Server 2003 /sharepoint 2003

recently, we have not been able to see any proejct
information for projects that have been published to the
server.
On the server I open Project center, the page is always
in "loading data " state. there is a error sign on the
left side of this page. Double click the sign ,I can see
some errors, error happen at URL:
http://.../projectserver/views/portfolioview.asp?_oid=-1

On the client when I open project center, I can see the
name of project which I have published to the server
recently.
Their names are visible in Project Center, but when i
click on them i simply receive the message: "There is no
information to display in this view Either the project
manager has not published the project plan or there is no
information in the project plan to display. " .
On the other hand ,I can see the tasks I have pubished
before this failure appear.

I can see a bunch of xml files in my viewdrop folder, I
remove all the files, and restart the Views Notification
service .
The failure is still.

Abby:

You have two distinct problems. The issue with the continuous "loading data"
display is likely related to MDAC on your server or client or both. Upgrade
all machines using Project Server 2003 to MDAC 2.8.

The publishing problem indicates a configuration problem, something that
requires a lot more information to troubleshoot.

Gary:
Thank you for your answer.
Both OS in my server and client are MS win2003, so
the edition of MDAC is MDAC 2.8 RTM. I reinstall the MDAC
2.8 in my server. But the error is still.

which information is need to solve the publishing
problem ?Can you give me more suggestion?
