Always Losing Things

Hi,

I am always losing things so why should it be any different with the
computer? I have lost the majority of the headings on my menu. Normally
there is "File", "Edit", "View", "Insert", "Tools", "Window" and "Help."

Now all I have is File, Window and Help.

I have tried to restore, but all of the advice says "Click View". Since I
have no view to click I am stuck. How can I restore the menu?

Open Access and open a database then:-
Right Click on the Menu Bar
Choose "Customize" from the shortcut menu that appears
Choose the Toolbars Tab on the dialog that appears
Choose "Menu Bar" from the list
Click on the Reset button
Click on OK in the dialog.
Close the Customize dialog

That shoul be it.

Hi

No worries.

Close your database. Then reopen it again whilst you press the shhift key.

Once you have done this go to tools - startup - Allow full menus.

Hope this helps

According to Billy Connolly that' the point of Manchester, that it's cold
and wet.

Sorry Wayne I haven't been out here lately, and don't seem to be getting
messages from the site.

I am busy crashing things LOL. Manchester Ohio has every type of weather you
might want, but never what you want when you want it. But, as we like to say
wait a few minutes. Today it is cold and rainy.
