Always Send with one Account

I have set up 2 accoounts in my Outlook XP

1) Exchange Server
2) an Internet Email account from ISP

can I send email by the Internet Email account for all emails, even when
replying the email from the Exchange Account?

Any insight would be highly appreciated.
