Always Show Overtime Lines on Timesheet

Using MSPS2007. Is there a way to default the timesheet to always show the
overtime rows so that you do not have to use the menu?

No, there is no default way to force the Overtime rows whenever a user
creates a new Timesheet. Users need to display the Overtime rows after they
create their Timesheet. Hope this helps.
