Ambiguous Name Detected

Outlook 98. Through Access XP automation, I create a new
Outlook message and attach a Word file to be faxed. When
the Send method is executed, Outlook typically renders the
Word file in Word into a format it can fax.

Suddenly, I'm receiving an error and the process halts.
The error message box is titled "Visual Basic" and
says "Ambiguous Name Detected: TmpDDE"

I've deleted every temp file I can find, it still happens.
