Amending a Document and Sending an Auto Notification

Hi

I have an excel spreadsheet that is updated during the day with a date
for installation. Its a pain in the backside as we are having to chek
it every 5 minutes to keep on top of it. I was wondering if, when a
user enters a date for instalaltion, Excel can send a message to a
group of users to say along the lines of "worksheet xxxx has been
updated"

Did you get this sorted? A bit more info about your spreadsheet might
help get a response.

Hi

No I didnt, we are still having to check for any amends, ideally I
would like to have use of Sharepoint but I dont.
