Ampersand in Outlook Mail Search?

I'm trying to search my (large) Inbox for any message containing the
text, AT&T.

Somehow, Outlook doesn't like the ampersand and returns ALL emails in
the Inbox as a search result.

Is there a way to perform a search with an ampersand in the search
criteria?????

PS: Putting the AT&T in Quotes ("AT&T") didn't work, either.
