An email to a group was sent twice, although I sent it once. How?

My Entourage mail program appears to have sent an email to a group twice. How
could this happen? (Entourage is the mail program included in Microsoft
Office X for the Mac.

perhaps there was a problem and the server relayed the message you sent
again as it was brought back on line or you pressed send twice and don't
remember or the program was interrupted and restarted the send again....
??? Many things "could" have happened. Also there is a separate group
for Mac Office. You could ask there if you are still concerned
