An error 3197 tells me I have to execute the update method again?

Update Method?

The error says: The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because
you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time.
There is no one but me on it! To overwrite the other user's changes with my
own, it says to execute the Update method again. No idea what that is!

HELP!!
