Do you have a previous version of the RHD utility installed? Try
uninstalling the RHD utility in Add/Remove Programs and then
reinstall.
If that doesn't rectify the problem then do you have any other
templates and add-ins? In Word take a look under Tools/Templates and
Add-ins and provide us with those you have in the list.
