An error occurred and this feature is no longer functioning proper

We are running CITRIX right now so everyone logs in to access the same MS
Access application. They all have the exact same shortcuts. However, for
some users, when they click to open the shortcut, they get the following
error message:

An error occurred and this feature is no longer
functioning properly. Please contact your system administrator.

It doesn't happen all the time, and its not all users, and its fine when
they double-click on the actual program to open it. I've tried replacing
shortcuts, but that doesn't seem to help. Why is this happening??? Please
respond ASAP as it is inhibiting productivity at the company.

Thank You!

you could just go to support.microsoft.com and type in that message and see
what conditions may cause it. there is at least one reference to access
generating the first sentence, but not the system administrator part of it
that i can see.

just one warning, if you are sharing this access app you must be very
careful about how you are handling record locking and updates. access is
not known as a really good multi-user database manager.
