"An Error Occurred While Completing the Operation" on Category Changes

I keep getting the above error whenever I try to modify a Category in
Admin/Security on PWA. I have Project Server 2003 SP1 implementation
with the database on the same server.

Any ideas?..

Have you had a look at this KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/903093

If this doesn't address it then I would suggest posting the full error
message.
