An import error occurred

I'm geeting the below error when I use Build Team from Enterprise in 2003
Professional SP1
"An import error occurred.
Check row n column Reserved_ResumeDate. bla bla bla"

I appied the the hotfix package from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/886661
and it worked for a while and then the error came back!

Any idea?
