An internal support function returned an error

I have a customer that is getting the above message when
he attempts to send a message to a distrubution group. I
had him send the exact message to me and it worked just
fine - so it has to do with the group. The group includes
about 50 people. Any thoughts?

Could be the group. Is this distribution group in the Contacts folder or on
the server?
