An unexpected error has occurred

Outlook 2002 - When I try to forward a message I get "Microsoft Word - an
unexpected error has occurred." I can't forward anything now, was working
before.

Does it work if you disable Word as the mail editor?

No, it still doesn't work. Same message pops up after disabling Word as
editor. Help!
