An unknown error (-18588) occurred.

I've been getting this error message "An unknown error (-18588) occurred." for the last few weeks now, even though I am able to send emails, it the message says that "Mail could not be sent." does anyone have the same problem? Thanks.

oh I forgot to mention that I'm only using it to access hotmail. Thanks again.

Yes, I've been getting this exact same error for a couple of years using Entourage when sending emails through the Hotmail account. If I do a "Receive Hotmail" prior to sending, there is no error. But if I am sending an email after just 30 seconds to a minute, the error occurs and I must "Send All" immediately to get it to send.

The above weblink to this error says it is a Hotmail error not Entourage. How are we to resolve this problem then? Who do we contact to find a solution?
