Analysis Data Different after Migration to 2007

I am doing a test migration from Project Server 2003 to 2007. The actual
migration works a treat and I have managed to get the Cube data to build
successfully however the results from from data analysis come out differently
between the two versions.

For example, on one partiular project in Feb 2008 shows as there are 352h
comitted work in 2003 but in 2007 it shows as 616hours. Every other month it
shows up as normal.

Any ideas on what may be causing this?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have now identified that this is happening on a number of projects that are
not related. The commonality between then is that they have tasks that end
in the month where the calculation is incorrect.

Although I have confirmed that the tasks have the same start and end dates,
duration and work there is a discrepency when looking at the data in the cube
between the two versions.

We had the same problem. I found out that tasks with Fixed duration
are changed when migrated due to the new method of calculation Fixed
duration.....

We had lots of projects that changed not only work but also actual
work.

We tried to change all tasks with Fixed duration prior to migrating
but we still had lots of miscalculations - and we still have them.EG.
Last week I made sure that all the actual work was enteres correctly
from jan 1st and until end of week 13.I saved published and the
entered more actual work - and then it was all mixed up again...
Problem with the scheduler engine probably
