Analysis of Office documents

Hi
As more companies migrate to Office 2003, I think they would like to have a
pre-processor stage where they can analyze their current Office documents
(Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and data (Access) and determine the complexity of
each asset so that they have a comfort factor when migrating

Has anyone come across a tool which can access documents from a server and
perform an analysis provding a risk factor for migration to Office 2003.

But this utility often takes a lot of resources, and doesn't integrate very well
in the existing software environment...
