Analysis Toolpak for Excel 2003

Hi all,

My problem is this: When I install the Analysis Toolpak for Excel 2003,
Excel crashes with an error message. Restarting Excel will lead lead to a
message "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\Library\Analysis\analy32.xll" caused a serious error. Do you
want to disable this addin?
