Analyze Projects - cannot change checkbox

We have many installations (~100) of Project Pro 2002
using the server. However, we have 2 cases where a new XP
baseline installation will not allow the user to
manipulate the data correctly.

For example, in Analyze Projects in Portfolio analyzer,
one user cannot check/uncheck boxes.

We ran all office and XP updates.
IE 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633CO SP1.


Any suggestions are appreciated.

Babs:

The analyzer requires that Office XP or higher is installed, of which
Project 2002 is a qualifying application. If you're having this problem on a
machine with a qualifying Office XP application, try uninstalling the Office
Web components from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. You may be
encountering a situation where the objects were previously activated in
runtime mode rather than full version. Once you've deleted the objects, try
accessing the analyzer again and they should reload for you.
