What is wrong?

FrontPage does not display animation in the editing view. Make sure you use
a browser to look at it.

If you touched the image in ANY WAY with FP, you broke the animation.
(color, shading, sizing, etc.) Re upload the known good one, insert it in
the page and DONT TOUCH IT afterwards and it will probably work.

That was it.........I used Picture Properties to import it........I didn't
think it mattered.
