Animated Clip Art

I'd like to insert animated clip art into a publisher document. When I do
this, the clip art does not animate but shows a "still" picture.

How can I get it to appear animated when emailing my document (directly from
Publisher)to clients?

(Using Publisher 2003)

The only way you are going to see animation is to convert the publication into a web
page and then preview...
