How do I activate clip art after pasting? It is animated in the online
library but not animated on my slide.

Are you using PowerPoint 97? PowerPoint 97 doesn't support animated GIFs. If
that isn't your version, remember that animations will only show up in Slide
Show mode. To test the animation, go to View > Slide Show.
