Animated CLip Art

How do I get Clip Art that is inserted into Wrod 2003 to animate?
I can insert or copy an animated clip into word but it just acts like a
regular picture.
I was looking to add need clips for office memos.

Animate clips need to be in an HTML formatted document. If you save a Word
Document as a webpage then preview you should see the clip animate
