animated gif does show animation in Outlook 2007

I've got my homemade stationary to show scrolling text and animated gif for
me with Outlook 2003 and XP Pro, but a friend who has Vista and Outlook 2007
doesn't show animation or the scrolling text. Is there a setting wrong or
something else wrong???
