Animated Graphics

[Frustrated DP]

Hello,

I've upgrade to OutLook 2003 and now whenever I insert
an animated graphic in my e-mail it does not work.
I can insert the picture but it stays frozen and
no animation at all.
I searched for a toggle but am unable to locate one
to make it work once again.
Any ideas or is this an embedded security feature?
