Animation Lockup

I am using PP 2003 on Windows XP. When I run animations, some will cause the
display in slide show to freeze. Looking at task mgr, the cpu use is at
100%. The only way to recover is to end the task. These same pp files work
fine on other computers. Any ideas?

Try setting the hardware accerleration back and see if it helps. Check this
