Animation Paths Lost

I have created a prez in PPT 2000 PC.
When opened up in Mac 2001 - the animation paths
are lost. Why?
Can it be a default on the Mac?

Um,, PPT 2000 doesn't have animation paths.

Yes... under custom animation, order and timing, effects, chart effects!
I'm sorry if this was confusing.
The animations, on mouse click, (space bar) work on PC but not after opening
the
presentation in Mac.

I have the same problem; I get some animations from ppt files built on
PC/Windows, but they don't work entirely correctly on my PowerBook.
Solution?
