Anniversary reminder notice - how to

Hi
I have an anniversary on the 19th Jan 2009
Is there a way to flash up a notice 7, 6 & 5 days before this date to
remind me to arrange to get flowers?
Using Outlook 2007

Not really, using its native features. You can either make tasks or appointments for the extra 2 reminders or snooze the reminder so it goes off each day.

If you have a gmail acct, you can set up appointments each day and have the reminders sent to your cell phone. This keeps the extra appointments from cluttering your calendar and may get your attention better than reminders in outlook.
