annoying pdf toolbar is displayed whenever i open word

i have installed acrobat professional version and annoying pdf toolbar
is displayed whenever i open word. pls help me.

Right-click the toolbar, uncheck Acrobat.

ms word 2000 and adobe acrobat 6.0 professional versions. even though
i uncheck it it comes up again next time.

Might be some crap in your startup folder. I can't remember exactly
where it is but try Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICExx\STARTUP
and see if something's there that is suspicious.

If it was Excel I'd say check the XLSTART folder but I don't recall
where word hides its stuff.
