Another licensing question

We currently have a MOSS server that is serving as our Web Front End and
Application Server. We also have a separate server that has Project Server
2007 installed on it. In order for the Project Server to connect to the
SharePoint farm we had to install the MOSS binaries on the Project Server and
we had to install the Project Server binaries on the MOSS server. We turned
the Windows SharePoint Services Web Application service off on the Project
Server to keep it from being used as a MOSS Web Front End server. The
Project Server is only running the Project Application service. Do we still
need to purchase another MOSS license for the Project Server?

BVD:

Each application server and WFE server in the farm must have a license for
each server technology you install to the farm. You could run these as
separate farms and run Project Server with WSS 3.0 only. There is nothing in
Project Server 2007 that requires MOSS.
