Installing office on an iMac, using Parallels for a virtual machine running
XP with pack 3 installed. When I click on setup, I get the following error:
'Setup cannot find the required setup controller file. Either there was a
network error, an error reading from the CD or other installation media, or a
problem with the downloaded package'
The disc is clean - hasn't been used except for a single install on my
laptop (running vista) which was problem free.
I'm a noob at these sorts of issues. I've gone through MS and several other
troubleshooting sites, but can't find any help.
