ok, i have the jewel case, i have the product key. i am
running windows 98 and am trying to install word 2000...i
get to the key code page...enter the 25 digit key and get
the message, you have entered an invalid key code...what
the heck....reboot, retry...same thing...tried about 1000
times now....checked and rechecked the code to make sure
i have the letters and numbers right...what now?
