Another program using Outlook

How do I tell outlook that it's okay to let another program use it and set it
so it does it automatically without me having to select the prompt each time?

That is controlled in the way the other program is programmed. What program
are we talking about and what version of Outlook + patchlevel?

The software is Manage-IT by Logicbuilt. The outlook version is 2003
11.6359.6360 SP1.

You can work around this by using ClickYes or Advanced Security from MAPILab
but the real solution lies at Logicbuilt modifiying the way their
application integrates with Outlook (for instance by using Redemption)

Thank you for the reply but I'm unclear as to where exactly I should ClickYes
or where MAPILab is. Can you elaborate on the specific steps please?
