Another question on the Time and billing database

Please help!

When I downloaded the time and billing database, When I checked the invoice,
first, it will aske me to debug the dates, but when i ended the debug, the
total of the hourly billing plus the expenses has an error message!

Also when I checked the time cards, Only 1 employee is showing on the title
of every page, instead of different employee for every page.

please let me know how to correct this.
