"another user edited this record ....."

situation: I have a database I created on my desktop, as
a demonstration/helping aid for another Access programmer,
so there is noone else who would be using this database
at the same time. Once I change a record that I selected
from a listbox, I want to select another record to
edit.
Even though I had saved the previous change by
using DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdSaveRecord -- I still get
this annoying message box as soon as I try to select
another record from the listbox: "Another user edited
this record and saved the changes before you attempted to
save your changes ...". Since I did save the record I
acted on, it doesn't undo my changes, but it's a royal
pain in the seat to have to deal with that message box
every time. I can't find Help topics in ACC 2002 that
are of any use for this problem. Please advise, thanks.

The 'other user' is you!

Access is trying to save the record that you have saved with the DoCmd and
getting confused, if you remove the command and let the form save it's own data
then the message will not occur.
