I have a user who is accessing another users' contacts in Outlook 2003.
Every day, she will get the error 'unable to access folder'. It happens
intermittently. The user accessing the list has owner status to that other
users' contacts, so it doesn't seem to be a rights issue.
I did find the following in the Security section in event viewer:
Event Type: Failure Audit
Event Source: Security
Event Category: Privilege Use
Event ID: 577
Date: 9/8/2005
Time: 10:23:40 AM
User: *****\*****

Description:

Has anyone encountered this problem before?
