From your post, my understanding on this issue is: you want to know the
difference between
application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.main+xml and
application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document.main
+xml. If I'm off base, please feel free to let me know.
Base on my research, they refer to the same thing. I have sent a consulting
