Where can I find a copy of the ANSI character set. I am seeking a numeric alphia character (an alpha character that can be used in a numeric field)

Google is your friend. Searching for "ANSI character" gives

The first hit there is http://www.fingertipsoft.com/3dkbd/ansitable.html,
which has a nice chart of the characters from 128 to 255.

I don't understand your second sentence. What is it that you need?
