Anti-spam - How do I set a mail filter for html messages containing tables or large images?

I am sure that I can set-up a good junk mail rules if I can get
Outlook to look into the html of the message for the existence of
either tables or images. Especially large images.

Is there a way to configure Outlook's email rules to do this?

What version of OL?
I believe versions upto OL2K, rules do not work on html msgs
