Any good Outlook - Outlook Sync software for OL2003?

I have tried SynchPST, Easy2Sync for Outlook, OSASync, etc..... But after
syncing, Outlooks downloads duplicated POP3 mailing from the mail server....
Any insight or suggestions besides setting Delete mail from server when
check mail?
