There are several Templates that ship with MS Access that may help you.
Contact Management or AddressBook templates are a good start.
File ->New ->Databases Tab ->Contact Management
If you cannot find them on your computer, you can download them:

Access.

Business Contact Manager for Microsoft Outlook is a totally separate
application from Microsoft Access, and is intended to be used with Outlook.
The Microsoft Access templates you suggest he use are an extremely basic
version of the full-blown applications the poster is requesting assistance
with and cannot replace the functionality purchased with the more advanced
applications.

It's a guessing game. If one guesses that the poster is actually asking a
question about Windows, Outlook, or Word -- and not Access -- here in the
Microsoft Access newsgroup, then one will be correct one-third of the time
on a weekday and two-thirds of the time on a weekend or in the wee hours of
the morning.

Look for help about Outlook in Outlook's Help. If that doesn't get it then
post into an Outlook newsgroup. You might start with

Manager is, let alone someone who has ever used it. Since you're using a
Web browser (highly unrecommended) instead of a newsreader, you can look at
Microsoft's Outlook Business Contact Manager online community portal on this
Web page:

Once you sign in to post a question, you will probably be redirected to the
first newsgroup, which is Microsoft Access. Don't post your question in the
