(i have MS Off 2003) what are you using & how?

got templates?

i'm particulARLY interested to know if any CC&R "starters" or templates
exist (yet)? ours is in dire need of a rewrite. i know a service exists but
the fee split only 8 ways is too high.

i'm in CA if it matters
